A platform, not a fleet
EcoSendr is a technology-enabled logistics aggregator — a Platform-as-a-Service network. We own and operate no vehicles, bikes or fleets. Instead, we are the link between people who need things moved and verified, independently owned operators and assets across Nigeria.
Every operator on the network earns from work completed through it — and EcoSendr only earns when they do. Our technology handles matching, pricing, identity verification, payment records, tracking and settlement, so moving a parcel is as simple as sending a message.
One network, five ways to take part
Senders
Individuals and small businesses post a parcel or errand, get an instant fair price, and follow code-confirmed handovers. Operator payout eligibility follows confirmed delivery; checkout is currently practice or sandbox only.
EcoRangers
Verified neighbourhood runners handling pickups and drop-offs within 5 km of their own community — on foot, bicycle, scooter or motorcycle.
Volunteer travellers
People already travelling city to city by bus or their own car, earning from spare luggage space on journeys they are making anyway.
Commercial operators
Known bus, tricycle and motorcycle operators from local parks and clusters, each tied to one declared operational vehicle.
Managed fleets
Owners of vans, mini trucks, cold-chain vans and tow trucks — single vehicles or whole fleets, each with its own dedicated driver and EcoSendr ID.
Operator licensing & compliance
Commercial operators and fleet owners on the EcoSendr Network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own statutory and operational licensing — including local and state permits, roadworthiness and any regulator requirements that apply to their vehicles and routes.
These documents must be presented during onboarding, and our team reviews them before any operator or vehicle is cleared to take jobs. Vehicles become active on the network only after approval.
Trust, safety & accountability
Because we do not carry parcels ourselves, our priority is the safety of every parcel, the quality of every delivery and the accountability of every operator on the network.
Open-box inspection
Contents are photographed and mutually confirmed at pickup and delivery, so condition is never in dispute.
Dual custody codes
A pickup code and a delivery code gate every handover. No code, no release — for people or for payment.
Delivery-linked payouts
The delivery workflow authorises operator payout only after the delivery code is verified. Live payment arrangements require provider approval; current checkout is practice or sandbox only.
Corridor telemetry
Active jobs show a live map trail, ETA and status timeline, with incident reporting and backup escalation built in.
